Has the machine stopped full of water?
Is it empty?

Hiya,
Take out the bottom basket and the filters.
On the right wall of the sump is a black grid.
Thoroughly, but carefully, clean this out.
Once cleaned, pour a kettle of boiling water into the sump getting as much as possible into the black grid.
Reset the appliance, select a hot programme and try the machine again.
