VerifiedHiya,
Switch the machine off.
Press and hold the start/pause and skip/reset buttons together.
Whilst holding, switch on.
The machine will beep or flash, let go of the buttons and the leds will scroll.
Press and release the temperature button until you get the 2nd bottom led of the 2nd column lit.
You will now have another error code showing.
Let me know the code.
Now switch off
Switch on
Switch off again.

E91 indicates a communication problem between the pcb.s
Unplug the appliance and take the top off.
Look at the front right of the machine and you'll see the main control board.
Unplug the thin blue wires that go from this board to the facia and plug them back on again to try and clean up the connection.
Do the same on the front board.
Try the machine again.
The service manual states; faulty wiring, faulty main board or faulty display.
If cleaning the contacts doesn't work I'm afraid you would have to replace the main control board and possibly the display board too.
