Question Summary
A few days ago the electricity was shut off and the washing machine has been moved to a different location. Since then we have used the machine once and it was fine, but now the machine allows us to programme it with all the electrics working but when we press the start button it doesn't do anything.Answer Summary
Hiya,Can you post the actual model number of the appliance please?If you can post the pnc (product number) that would be better. Press and release the temperature button until you get the 2nd bottom led of the 2nd column lit. Once this is lit you should have an error code in the display. If no time display on the appliance, there is a column of 8 leds on the right.

Prefix the number with A to prevent it being crossed out when posted.

Hiya,
This indicates a fault on the motor circuit.
The service manual states relay contacts sticking.
Voltage detected when none should be present.
This would indicate a fault with the main control board.
It could also be caused by a fault in the motor.
In all probability you are looking at having to replace the main control board and possibly the motor too.
The main control board is supplied blank and has to be programmed to the appliance when fitted.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
