HI
Sounds like you have a faulty door lock.
Turn off the mains.
Remove the lid.
Push the drum back to give you more room.
Feel down the inside of the front panel to the door lock.
You should be able to "jiggle" the door catch untill it releases.
If it does this again you need to change the door lock.
