Hiya,
Is the door locked light on or off?
If it's off then it's mechanically jammed, unless the door handle has snapped off from the latch part of the lock.
If the light is off, feed a piece of string or stiff wire into the door recess.
Work it around so both ends are opposite the door lock.
Pull sideways on the string/wire and pull the door open with your other hand.
If the light is on, unplug the appliance and wait 5 minutes.
If the light is off and the string doesn't open it, give the door a good thump/push where the lock is and try again.
