Hi have a zan combination...

Hi have a zan combination fridge freezer serial no 24400062 roughly 5 years old .My freezer is now defrosting all the time and it feels hot when i put my hand on it .The fridge is at the same temp all the time but does not seem to be affected as milk gone of this morning My appliances are integrated and dont know if this a good idea also wondering if it is worth getting an assment on it Esme

Can you post the model number or the product number of the appliance please?

The product number normally begins with 9 so prefix it with A to prevent it being crossed out.

something is running and freezer feels hot appliances are integrated

Hiya,

Unfortunately to diagnose and hopefully repair the appliance we need to know if the compressor is running.

Integrated just means it's fitted into a cupboard.

Take the screws out and the fridge freezer will come out.

How hot is it inside the freezer?

What happens if you switch on the super freeze switch in the fridge?
