OK, thanks for that.
If it's failing to drain you'll need to manually drain the water out.
Take the cover off under the front panel.
If there is a filter there, put a shallow dish down and slacken the filter.
Tighten it to stop the flow of water.
Once empty, take the filter out and remove any debris in there.
Once it's empty of water and the filter and pump are clean and clear, run it on a spin and see if the door opens at the end.
If no filter, drag the machine out and lower the drain hose as low as possible into a wash basin or bucket. Raise the hose to stop the flow of water.
Once empty, try the spin.
