OK, thanks for that.
You'll need to drain the appliance manually.
If you can, pull the machine out and drop the drain hose into a bucket or basin. Raise the hose again to stop the flow of water while you empty the bucket or basin.
Once empty, put a towel and a shallow dish in front of the appliance, take off the plastic cover under the front panel, take out the filter and clean out the debris in there.
Ensure nothing is left that jams the pump.
Before refitting the filter, put the machine on a spin or pump programme and confirm that the pump is running.
If it is, fit the fitler and try the machine again.
If you can't pull the machine out you'll need to empty it via the filter by slackening and tightening the filter as you drain it.
