OK, thanks for that.
E20 indicates a draining failure, no surprises there.
Unplug the appliance first.
You now have two choices, you can either pull the appliance out and drop the drain hose into a bucket or wash basin to drain the water or you can put a shallow dish at the front and slacken the filter to let the water out (don't take it right out or you'll get all the water out in one go), tighten it to stop the flow while you empty the container.
Once empty take out the filter and remove the debris you find in there, hopefully nothing will have got to the pump.
With the filter out, plug the appliance in and set it to a spin, listen at the filter housing, do you hear the pump running? If you do, put the filter back in and try the machine again.
