When you select a program, does it fill with water, then just sit there?

If it does, it's going to be one of three things wrong.

The first depends on which circulation motor is fitted to the appliance.

If it's an Askol circulation motor then it's likely to be this that has failed. Common fault.

If it's a Ceset circulation motor then I'd check the capacitor on the side of the motor.

Next would be a faulty main pcb.

Finally, broken wiring in the door. (Unlikely).

If you take off the inspection panel below the door and look in to the right of the sump you'll see the circulation motor, if you can see the 2 wire plug near the bottom of it then it's an Askol circulation motor.

To access the components on this appliance, unplug it from the wall socket or isolate the electrical supply. Beware, the panels on these machines are like razor blades so wear thick gardening gloves or similar.

Take it out from it's integrated position and take off the inspection panel below the door.

Put some towels down and lay the machine on it's left side.

Take the 2 screws out of the bottom and take the bottom panel off.

You now have access to the underside components.
