First off, have a good look at the spray arms, check there are no blockages in any of the holes. Next check them along the edges and make sure they are not split.
You are using all in one tablets so don't put any rinse aid in the machine.
Get the spray arms done first, if there is food stuff in them it will take a few days to get them cleaned up. Also rinse your dishes before putting them in so no food stuff gets into the machine.
