I myself have noted, this evening, that many questions coming to us here at JustAnswer.com are about Sling TV service or Sling TV not working. An unusual volume of such questions suggests that Sling TV (rather than your internet connection or your TV or any settings therein) is having a real problem tonight.

And when, seeing your question, I checked the listings and report at Downdetector, I find that there are indeed an evident and sudden upsurge in complaints or reports of a problem with Sling TV service, as you may see on this page:

jumping from near 0 to near 2,400 since about 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time!

I think that your problem may be best classified as the type where you have nothing wrong, you need do nothing, if you did anything much it might make things worse, and you will unfortunately have to be quite patient with Sling TV tonight. Or, live without it tonight too.
