VerifiedI'm sorry you're having problems and will try my best to help. Please try the following steps:
1) Shut the TV off and unplug its power cord.
2) Locate the manual power button located on the lower left hand rear corner of the TV itself, and press and hold it for 10 seconds and release.
3) Wait a minute then plug the TV back in.
4) Locate your router and unplug its power cord for 10 seconds and plug it back in (this doles out a fresh IP address to the TV).
5) Give the router about 5 minutes to reboot, or until you see the ONLINE light lit up.
6) Turn the TV on and attempt to connect.
