Facing TV Problems? Ask a TV Technician.
I'm sorry you're having problems and I will try my best to help. Offhand, these symptoms can be caused by a fault internal to the TV or in some cases the Mainboard may simply have locked up.
The first thing you would try, is disconnect the set from power, then press and hold the power button on the TV itself (located on the lower left hand rear corner of the TV), for 10 seconds and release. Then plug the set back in, and also check that the power cord is connected tight at the TV as well. Press power once, and see if the set powers up and connects to the network normally. Try this procedure up to 2 times, and please let me know what happens.
Okay thank you.
If you're referring to an offer that come up on your screen, I do not send those and they are automated pop-ups sent by the site.
Take your time.
I'm sorry to hear that. How old is the TV please?
Are you able to navigate at all using the remote, or is the TV frozen/stuck?
Unfortunately this indicates a failure within the Mainboard of the TV which is typically a $300 repair on this model. In lieu of repairing it I would suggest instead working around the issue by purchasing a Firestick or Roku device for around $35-$40 and you can then use that device to stream.
Alternatively, if you'd like to inquire on repairs, or seek a 2nd opinion, you can use the link below to locate a shop in your area:
Other than that, I'm sorry for the bad news and wish there were a quick fix.
