It started last night we have no satellite signal. But the tv in the other room works
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: samsung. 7 year old guessing
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: all it is going thru is transponder. But nothing on the progress changes
