Please unplug everything from the back and sides of the TV
Also, unplug TV from POWER
Finally plug TV back into POWER, but leave everything else UNPLUGGED.
Get ORIGINAL TV REMOTE, and power TV on. Press menu button to bring up MENU on TV.
Let me know if problem still persists , even when everything is unplugged from the TV.
