Hello?? Am in a hurry, last time it took Comcast 3 people & 2.5 hrs & they still were not able, after telling me signal was ON, just to take out batteries from remote, did not work still, it's been 3 weeks! Hello? Who do u work for, a bogus company? Please respond. Thanks!

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket) and the Xfinity box

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and Xfinity box, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
