No menu can be displayed

First sign of any trouble .. 1 ROKU streamer is a second source & set of headphones connected to tv via Optical cable connection

I've turned the power ogg for 20min & when repowered , there is a brief voice sound from the Tv for ~1 sec

When you say you turned the power OFF did you disconnect it from wallpower?you must do it that way for about 5 mins
