My LG TV...

My LG TV is great however I need the subtitles. They are fine on ordinary programmes but if I record a programme I generally cannot get the subtitles. Can you fix that please? The subtitles used to work on recorded programmes

My tv won't play subtitles on recorded programmes now. It used to do so

This has been a problem for a few months. I don't think anything brought it on and the subtitles were fine before that on recorded programmes

No I don't think so. I am 76 so not very savvy but hope it can be solved thank you
