I have a new Lg led Television and we have no sound we have checked the mute button we think it will something simple ??

Technician's Assistant: Are all the cables at the back of your LG TV connected tightly to the right sockets?

- Could you please get me the complete model number written on back cover or side panel of the TV?

- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to the TV and does the problem occur on all video sources connected to the TV?
