I was on a chat and was sent to a technician. I entered my Visa gift card # but it was rejected. I checked with VIsa and it is a valid card with money on it.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

10 years old at least. VIZIO VW26L

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Only this TV. No picture. No sound. New ATT receiver.
