JA: What Vizio model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: E601I-A3
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: TV Menu does work. WE plugged in HDMI ARC like the polk directions asked
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Vizio? What happened right before this?
Customer: We just bought the polk mini soundbar today
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

The Vizio's HI ARC port is HDMI 1 (labeled as "1" on the back of the TV). Is that the one you're plugged into?

Also, in the Vizio MENU, some settings need to be changed under sound- so right now, is the sound coming from the TV's built in speakers or is there no sound?
