Im not sure what the model number is ***** you tell mr where to find it? I looked at the back of the tv and on the instruction sheet

It is on a sticker on the back of the tv, usually near the power cord

There is always a white sticker on the back of the tv, noting the model number, serial, mfg date, power specs, etc

Thanks for confirming,

we are down to a hardware issue at this point,

so your best recourse here would be to simply return it to the store/retailer and have them exchange it for a new one.

You'd also be better off going with a different model if possible, as this is a 2015 model and should really be replaced with a newer one.
