My remote stopped working and I can;t figure out the battery change

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Not sure but it is a 60" LED screen that is 7 years old

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

I ordinarely us my Bose genieasI have a Bose audio box and everything works fine,but I tried to bring up Netflix which means I have to use my Samsung remote and it is dead, last used months ago

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

Nno just how to replace the batteries. I can't find any place on the remote for a battery location
