Can you please reboot the TV and any satellite or cable box by un-plugging both from wall-power wait 5 mins then re-plug back in again,let me know if there is any change please

I am not sure why you think that,there is no magical answer,these things need to be worked through,the reason?because there are MANY things that can cause no sound, any technician you speak to or will only be asking you what I am asking now,I have been in this business 30 years so I should know
