While watching a recorded...

While watching a recorded show my picture froze, and then went black...no sound or picture. But I can still get Netflix and Amazon. It is not cable because my other tv’s are ok. It is a 55inch smart tv.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any HDMI cables or A/V jacks (red, yellow, and white cables) plugged into your TV?

Yes I think so. I checked and everything seems secure

Technician's Assistant: Was there a power outage recently?

Yes on Tuesday for about 2 hours, but all was working since that happened

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

I shouldn’t have begun this process until I had more time. I will try again later. Please do not charge my card as I did not receive an answer to my problem

I rebooted everything when I got home, and it is now working. Please do not charge my credit card. I fixed it myself. Jumped the gun by calling. Thank you
