We have cable (Comcast)...

We have cable (Comcast). The cable box comes on, but the TV doesn't. I have unplugged and plugged everything that can be unplugged, but I still do not get a picture or sound. I have Model: M420SL

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages when you try to connect to Comcast?

No. No picture whatsoever.

Technician's Assistant: How is your internet connection? Have you tried unplugging your modem and router, then plugging them back in?

Yes. Went thru Comcast first and did everything they said. No picture.
