JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Pearl..It is only 1 day old so a new setup. It is a LG55 UJ7700
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Youtube and Netflix both worked.
JA: How long has this been an issue with your? What happened right before this?
