I have a smart TV and I get captions on Samsung remote but no captions on the charger remote. On 94 and ideas and I need captions.

Technician's Assistant: What is the model of your TV?

I don't know

Technician's Assistant: What menu options can you access, if any?

Why I think I can get all the Channels but I can't get captions on any

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

This is the second time that this is happened is matter-of-fact they came on for a few minutes couple hours ago
