My new 2016 rca...

My new 2016 rca 55 4k tv used to take a couple minutes to warm up and give a great picture.

Technician's Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?

It gradually increased warm up time over 6 months to now give white faces, and an overall whiteness and poor resolution. I tried the menu "1147" stunt to play with tint to no avail.

Technician's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

It is under 1 year warranty till may; when I bring up channel change the background picture suddenly looks proper with distictiveness in the resolution, but drops back to whiteness, white faces and poorer resolution when I exit channel change pop-up
