I have a smart Panasonic TV and a while back we changed routers.. it will not even pick up the new signal. Any Ideas?

Technician's Assistant: What Panasonic model do you have? How old is it?

About 4 years old... 50" TC55LE54

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Everything else works

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your Panasonic? What happened right before this?

Nothing it worked before the change of the router. just can't get the tv to find the wifi signal

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

Probably we have to do a firmware update on the TV and you have to contact Panasonic.
