Your phone is blocking mee from calling you.

But do this

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Only direct tv

Remove the power to the Direct TV, wait 5 minutes, connect the power and tell me how it then functions please

  • Press {MENU}
  • Arrow to “Settings and Help” and press {SELECT}.
  • Arrow to “Settings” and press {SELECT}.
  • Arrow to “Display” and press {SELECT}.
  • Arrow to “Video” and press {SELECT}.
  • Arrow to “Screen Format” and press {SELECT}.
  • Use the arrows to select a format press {SELECT.}
  • Press {EXIT} to go to live TV.
  • Try different formats till it fills the scree

I get the full screen when I follow your inst. however when the tv is turned off it goes back to partial screen

But you can go and set it again?

I can reset it however it previously was always returned to full screen. What do you think

ok, issue looks to be the box, use the reset button on it and hold it in for 5 seconds then release.

No. Each tv is on separate box plus main control control box
