This is failure of the DLP Chip. There is no reset or easy fix. The DLP Chip has to be replaced. The Chip is $150 and labor is another $200. It is a very complex repair, but if you want to attempt it yourself, let me know and I can assist you (supply links to parts and DIY videos). Or I can help you find a repair shop near you.

I know this is bad news and very upsetting but please understand I am here to provide an honest answer. I hope you will submit a 5 star rating at the top of this page and not base the rating on the fact that your tv needs parts or services outside of our control.
