OK, following troubleshooting step should be tried that might help
- Have you tried to disconnect TV and cable box power cords from the power outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in, let cable box reboot that may take several minutes and check?

I did troubleshooting and nothing happened. Is still powered but don't start

- Do you see a dim/ faint picture/ graphics if shine a good flashlight closely on the screen at an angle?

I can't see anything, it's whole screen black

I replaced the mainboard and the tv is not working.

Sorry to hear that, does the screen glow/ light up when turning power ON?

That's the problem, it is a 7-8 yr old 52 inch Insignia and I cannot find the manual anymore. The tv info label on the back of the tv is too small of print for me to read to get the model number. All I know is it is a 51 or 52 inch Insignia that I bought from Best Buy yrs ago. It works great! I am switched to wireless internet and going to use streaming tv with fire stick.
