Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

I think it's about 4 years old

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Where do I find the model number?

Technician's Assistant: The TV Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?

Last night I couldn't access amazon and just now all of the controls were not working
