Hi Pearl, I am trying to rent a movie on tvplus and when i go to pay it ask for a 4 digit pin. How do I retrieve that number
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: CHROME and I purchased it 1 year ago
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
