Technician's Assistant: What LG model do you have? How old is it?

It is 8 years old.

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Yes, the menu works. Yes, it happens on all sources/inputs.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your LG? What happened right before this?

2 months, it has been happening. Before, the TV was fine.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

The cable person came and said it was not on their end. It was a TV problem. He disconnected the cable and the TV still was showing that.
