Can i call you to describe my problem with my TV

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

It panasonic about 4 or 5 years old. I do not know the model number it is mounted on a wall and i do not have access to the number

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

No I can only get one station and that is with the panasonic remote on HDMi2 and I cannot connect to Comcast.
