I am unable to...

I am unable to download amazon prime videos! The message says my " Bandwidth" is insufficient, does not have enough strength! I have no trouble with Netflix or Hulu , so my internet Hughes Net says the problem with the TV! We have done all troubleshooting with no results! My TV is a Samsung 6 Series 6200, Model #-UN40J6200AFXZA? What is the problem? Can you help meet? The Samsung Rep last night had me change some numbers from -0000 to 8888 but we got disconnected! Can you help me or call me at(###) ###-#### my e-mail is***@******.***! Thank you!

Technician's Assistant: How is your internet connection? Have you tried unplugging your modem and router, then plugging them back in?

About 5 times, last night for 5 minutes with Samsung tech on phone , but we got disconnected and I guess he could not make out going calls! This has been going on since Tuesday!

No and I am not paying 38.00 , because Samsung told me they do not charge for problems with TVs . Thank you !
