I'm trying to download the manual for Samsung TV Model UN40MU6300F and it just keeps loading. cant access it

Technician's Assistant: How old is your UN40MU6300F?

We just bought it 3 weeks ago

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

TV works fine. I am just trying to print out a manual for it

I went to the support site and got as far as download. It then has been on download for 15 mins. I cant open it anywhere
