It's been having delayed or no picture at all all day since 3 and i've tried to reset it but that still hasn't worked

Technician's Assistant: Are there any HDMI cables or A/V jacks (red, yellow, and white cables) plugged into your TV?

No i unplugged them when i reset it

Technician's Assistant: Was there a power outage recently?

No

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

A couple of months ago a power outage happened and my tv wasn't plugged into the surge protecter and thats when the delayed picture started
