Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Vizio d32- 14 months old

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Yes. It works. My iPad works - I can stream Netflix on it.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your D32-? What happened right before this?

It's been months since I've tried to use it on the tv.
