Getting a no signal blimp message when I turn on TV

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

RCA LED40G45RQ a couple years old

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

No, all were getting is a no signal message

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your LED40G45RQ? What happened right before this?

The TV has been off for weeks, I travel on my job

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

We checked all cables and plug in's ,all seem to be ok
