I have everything connected to the tv but when i change the channel to video 1 i have a blank screen

Technician's Assistant: Are there any HDMI cables or A/V jacks (red, yellow, and white cables) plugged into your TV?

I unplugged those

- Could you please get me the complete model number written on back cover or side panel of TV?
- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to the TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?

Is it a coax cable service coming from wall and plugs straight into Digital Cable IN port on side of the TV?

OR it is a cable box hooked into the Video-3 input of the TV via AV cable having yellow-red-white pins?
