Technician's Assistant: Are all the cables at the back of your TV connected tightly to the right sockets?

As far as I know, can you tell me how to identify the right sockets?

Technician's Assistant: What type of input cables are you using: HDMI, RCA (red, yellow, and white cables), S-Video, or something else?

Yes, I purchased the TV in 2016 and it is a 75" Samsung and have used 3 different sound bars and the sound is still not working properly

Good morning! I just wanted to verify a few settings really quick before we begin. I have to visualize the setup in my head.

I understand you have a 75" TV. I assume you have one of the 3 sound bars hooked up. How do you currently have everything setup?
