My Series 6300 samsung tv does not have sound anymore...worked fine a few days ago

Technician's Assistant: What Samsung model do you have? How old is it?

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Menu works. same problem on all sources/ inputs

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your Samsung? What happened right before this?

3 or 4 days. turned off one night, next day it would not work.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

Just talked to dish and the remote is paired and works fine...just no tv sound
