The only system that is working are my Roku channels

The Hurricane and I have been absent from my home

I have been informed that the Comcast Box has to be replaced since it has been damaged

I would recommend either contacting comcast and having a technician service the faulty cable box or you could unhook it and take it into a comcast office to have it exchanged to start. Once we have a box that is not damaged, we will be able to further troubleshoot the issues.

If your roku system is working, then the internet services are working fine, but that has nothing to do with your cable tv services.
