Hey pearl happy xmas eve iIam trying to find the lamplight panel for my jvc hd 61 z788 TV

Technician's Assistant: What JVC model do you have? How old is it?

2001 rear projection model hd 61z788

The instructions (with photos) are in this manual:

That is a PDF, use adobe reader to open.

The lamp instructions are on page 96.

Basically there is a cover on the Front Left that has to come off. It requires taking screws out from the REAR. See the manual for details.
