The signal is scrambled when the power is turned on. When it warms up in several minutes the picture becomes clear. The sound is clear through this whole process. The source is cable from Comcast. There are several other Samsung TVs on the same network with no similar problem. The TV is about three years old and has had this problem for at least two years, but it is getting worse!
