Not my computer....

Not my computer. It's the TV. It keeps telling me to check the connection then restarts. There are no weather issues currently. TV has been doing it for about 2-3 days.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Not sure. It should show on my account.

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Yes. Menu does not work when the Wally is restarting.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?

Nothing happened before this. TV and Dish worked fine. 2-3 days.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

Nope that should cover it.
